AI Fluency Programs

AI is changing everything.
Including our professions.

Every profession now seem to costs $20 a month. The research, the drafting, the analysis, the design, the frameworks your credential took years to earn. AI can replicate the output. But, it cannot replace YOU and how you think and solve problems!

What the research says
McKinsey Global Institute

Generative AI demonstrates a "reverse skill bias," disproportionately impacting higher-educated knowledge workers more than lower-skilled ones. The technology increases automation potential most significantly in occupations that require advanced educational attainment. The credential is no longer a shield.

McKinsey Global Institute, "Generative AI and the Future of Work in America," 2023; updated analysis 2025
Stanford University

AI can replace "codified knowledge," the kind that comes from formal education and credential-based training. It is significantly less capable of replacing the knowledge built from years of direct experience, tacit judgment, and the ability to know when the output is wrong.

Stanford HAI, "Canaries in the Coal Mine," AI Index and Employment Research, 2025
Forrester Research

Despite widespread AI deployment, only 16% of workers achieved a high AI proficiency score in 2025. Organizations are rolling out tools without investing in the training needed to use them effectively. The gap between access and capability is where real risk lives.

Forrester, AI Quotient Study and AI Job Impact Forecast, US, 2025 to 2030, published 2025 and 2026

"The only thing that cannot be replicated for $20 a month is you; your judgment, your critical thinking, your way of solving a problem, and your accountability when it matters."

Sabrina T.  ·  Fractional AI Integration Strategist

The landscape has shifted

AI can now design, draft, analyze, research, synthesize, and build at a level that used to require years of training. Every profession is feeling this. The question is not whether it affects your work. It is whether you are leading that change or reacting to it.

🧠

Critical thinking is the differentiator

AI amplifies your thinking. It does not replace it. The professional who asks better questions, evaluates the output, and applies judgment to the result will always outperform the one who just runs the prompt. That gap is what these programs are built to close.

🎯

Workflow first. Tool second.

Most people start with the tool. They try every feature, chase every update, and wonder why nothing sticks. The AI Fluency methodology starts with how your work actually moves, finds where AI belongs in it, and only then introduces the tool. That is the difference between using AI and working with it.

A word about AI agents

Autonomous does not mean helpful.

You may have seen promises about AI agents that run your business while you sleep. Book your appointments. Send your emails. Make purchases on your behalf. Handle your files. What those promises do not tell you is that an agent does not ask permission. It makes its own decisions based on what it was told to optimize for. Not based on who you are, how you live, or what actually matters to you.

An agent with access to your calendar, your email, your payment methods, or your data will act with complete confidence in a decision you never made. It does not know that the relationship with that client is fragile right now. It does not know that Tuesday mornings are protected. It does not know that you would never spend money on that category no matter what the logic says.

That knowledge is not in a prompt. It lives in years of experience, personal values, and judgment built from things that never made it into any document. Human-Led. AI-Powered. means you stay in the decision seat. Always.

⚠️ What agents actually do
  • Make decisions without asking you first
  • Act on incomplete context about your life
  • Execute with access to your accounts and data
  • Optimize for the goal they were given, not the one you meant
  • Cannot understand your values, relationships, or judgment

Understanding the difference between a tool that supports your thinking and one that replaces it is exactly what AI Fluency teaches.

Every program starts with the same foundation: understanding before tools. AI changes quickly. The way you think about it should not have to catch up. Each program includes a current-state AI layer so you are always working with what is actually happening now.

Programs built for real work

Not theory. Not demos. Work you take back with you the same day.

I work directly with businesses as a Fractional AI Integration Strategist. What I see consistently is that the pain point a business thinks it has is often not the real one. An accounting firm sees a documentation problem. What is actually sitting in front of them is an active knowledge hub that could answer questions, surface patterns, and inform decisions in real time. They could not see that possibility because they were still solving in the old frame. These programs exist to change the frame.

AI in the Workplace

Foundation Program

AI adoption is now common. Effective use is not. This session closes that gap. You will leave with a clear understanding of how AI actually works, where your judgment still leads, and how to use it as a thinking partner, not a shortcut.

  • How AI is reshaping professional work in 2026
  • The mindset shift from task execution to outcome direction
  • Prompting as a thinking process, not a command
  • Ethics, privacy, and professional responsibility
  • Where AI belongs in your workflow and where it does not

Before you build
Prep Call
Get Ready to Build
Tue, Jun 3
Time TBD
Before the first session you will have your account set up, your thinking cleared, and your business mapped on paper. Most people arrive at a program like this carrying everything in their head. This call gets it out of your head and onto the page so you can actually build with it.
The build
Training 1
Foundation
Thu, Jun 5
2:00 – 3:30 PM ET
Most people spend months using AI and never understand why it behaves the way it does. This session closes that gap in 90 minutes. You will leave with a mental model that changes every interaction you have with AI from this point forward. No more guessing. No more wondering why it forgot what you told it last week.
Q&A Call 1
Open Floor
Tue, Jun 10
11:30 AM – 1:00 PM ET
You have had five days to work with what you learned. This is where the real questions surface. Not the polished ones you thought of during the session. The ones that came up at 9pm on a Tuesday when you were actually trying to use it. Bring those here.
Training 2
Know Your Business
Thu, Jun 12
2:00 – 3:30 PM ET
This is the session most programs skip entirely. Before you build anything you need to understand how your work actually moves, where your time disappears, and what your business would say about itself if it could speak. You will leave with a map of your operation that most business owners have never seen clearly before.
Q&A Call 2
Open Floor
Tue, Jun 17
11:30 AM – 1:00 PM ET
You are in the middle of your build now. Things are clicking and things are not. This call is where we sort out what is working, what needs to be rebuilt, and what you were overcomplicating. More than one breakthrough has happened on this call.
Training 3
Build Your Structure
Thu, Jun 19
2:00 – 3:30 PM ET
This is where your Chief of Staff starts to take shape. You will design the architecture of your system, define your departments, and build the routing logic that tells your Chief of Staff what to do with any given task. By the end of this session you will have a structure that is entirely yours.
Q&A Call 3
Open Floor
Tue, Jun 24
11:30 AM – 1:00 PM ET
You have been using your system on real work. This call is the debrief. What did it handle well? Where did it fall short? We refine, tighten, and close the gaps so you walk into the final session ready to activate fully.
Put it to work
Training 4
Activate
Thu, Jun 26
2:00 – 3:30 PM ET
This is the session where it stops being a course and starts being your operating system. You bring real work. You run real tasks. You leave with something that works on Monday morning. Not a prototype. Not a demo. Your actual Chief of Staff, built around the way your business operates.

Not sure where to start? Most people begin with AI in the Workplace and move into the Chief of Staff program when they are ready to build. If you are looking at this for your team or organization, the Level 03 program is designed for you.

This is for you if

  • You are a professional who uses AI occasionally but wants to use it with intention
  • You run a business of any size and you are ready to stop being the bottleneck
  • You want to understand AI well enough to lead with it, not just use it
  • You are responsible for a team and want them working with AI in a way that holds up
  • You have tried AI tools and felt like you were not getting real value from them
  • You want something built for your actual work, not a generic demonstration

This is not for you if

  • You are satisfied using AI to polish your writing and look things up, and that is working well enough for you
  • You are looking for a prompt library or a list of AI shortcuts
  • You want to automate everything before you understand how your work actually moves
  • You are not willing to bring your real work into the room
  • You are looking for a quick fix or a certification you can add to a resume
  • You expect AI to think for you rather than work alongside you
A word before you scroll to the FAQ

The cost of figuring this out on your own is higher than you think.

In 2023 I could point someone to a solid course, a YouTube channel, a book worth reading. That was true then. It is not true now. The landscape moves faster than any single resource can keep pace with. Most of what you will find online teaches features with no connection to how a real business operates.

I recently spoke with a business owner who asked me what book or program to start with. I did not have a clean answer. The right starting point in 2026 is not a resource. It is a methodology.

These are not failures of intelligence. They are the predictable result of a landscape that shifted faster than any reasonable person could track while also running a business, managing a team, and doing their actual job. Nobody fell behind on purpose. The ground moved.

Here is what the real cost looks like:

  • Wrong tool, real money. Buying a team software license before understanding how the tool fits the business is not a mistake unique to anyone. It is what happens when the market moves fast and the pressure to act feels urgent. The license runs monthly. Clarity on whether it was the right choice often comes later.
  • Company data sitting in the wrong place. When organizations have not yet adopted AI policies or deployed approved tools, employees fill the gap themselves. Client information, internal strategy, financial details, and proprietary processes end up in personal AI accounts with no governance, no oversight, and no data agreement in place. This is called shadow AI and it is already happening in most workplaces whether leadership knows it or not. The risk is not hypothetical. It is a liability sitting quietly in someone's personal account right now.
  • Self-teaching that does not transfer. Motivated, capable staff can spend real hours trying to learn AI on their own and still not connect it to how their work actually moves. It is not a reflection of their ability. It is a reflection of how little the available content is built around real business operations.
  • In-house training with incomplete foundations. When a business owner or team lead tries to train their people on something they are still navigating themselves, everyone is working hard with incomplete information. The intent is right. The foundation is not there yet.

A structured program is not an expense. It is what stops the bleed.

Questions worth asking

AI in the Workplace
Do I need any technical background?
No. This session is built for professionals, not developers. Nothing requires code. You need curiosity and a willingness to think differently about the work you already do.
What AI tool do I need for this session?
A free account with any major AI tool is sufficient for this session. The focus is on mindset, judgment, and foundational understanding, not building. You do not need to purchase anything to participate.
I already use AI at work. Is this still relevant?
Yes. Most professionals using AI are using it tactically, one task at a time. This session is about moving from tactical use to intentional use. The methodology applies regardless of how long you have been using AI tools.
Is this session recorded?
Yes. A recording is available for 90 days after the live session so you can revisit the material at your own pace.
AI Chief of Staff
What AI tool does this program use?
This program is built on Claude by Anthropic. Not all AI tools are built the same way. The architecture we teach, including persistent knowledge bases, department structures, and routing logic, requires capabilities that are not available in every tool on the market. Claude was chosen specifically because it supports the way this system is designed to work.
Do I need a paid Claude account?
Yes. A paid Claude Pro account at $20 per month is required for this program. The capabilities we build on, including Projects, persistent memory, and extended context, are not available in the free version. Please do not enroll if you are not willing to maintain a paid account. You will not be able to complete the program without it.
Is this just a chatbot setup?
No. A chatbot answers questions. Your AI Chief of Staff is a structured system with departments, routing logic, and a knowledge base built from your own materials. It knows your business because you built it to. That is a different category entirely.
Will my system look like everyone else's?
No. The architecture is the same structure for everyone. What you build inside it, your departments, your routing logic, your knowledge base, is entirely specific to how your business works. A solo consultant and a 10-person firm will build very different systems using the same methodology.
Do I need to take Level 1 first?
Not required. Every session includes a current-state AI foundation layer so you are oriented regardless of where you start. That said, if you are brand new to working with AI intentionally, starting with AI in the Workplace gives you a stronger foundation before you build.
What if I miss a session?
Session recordings are available for 90 days after each live session so you can catch up before the next one. The program is designed so each session builds on the previous one, so staying current matters.
General
What is the difference between Level 1 and Level 2?
AI in the Workplace builds your foundation. You leave understanding how AI works, where your judgment leads, and how to use it responsibly. The Chief of Staff program is the build. You take that foundation and construct a working digital assistant around the specific way your business operates.
Is there a payment plan available?
Payment plan options are available for the Chief of Staff program at checkout. The AI in the Workplace session is a single payment at enrollment.

AI is changing everything.
Including your profession.

But here is what most people get wrong

They try AI, the output feels generic and hollow, and they conclude that AI does not work. It is not the tool. It is the input. AI amplifies whatever thinking you bring to it. Bring shallow thinking and you get polished garbage. Bring your expertise, your standards, and your judgment and you get something that actually sounds like you and works like a system. The gap between those two experiences is not the tool. It is the methodology. That is what this teaches.

Every profession now costs $20 a month. The research, the drafting, the analysis, the design, the frameworks your credential took years to earn. AI can replicate the output. If you believe the letters behind your name still insulate you from this shift, the reckoning is closer than you think.
