Most people who teach AI courses learned AI. I learned how businesses actually work — and then applied AI to that. That is a completely different starting point and it is why this course produces a different result.

Seventeen years building large-scale software systems for major corporations gave me one skill above all others — the ability to look at how work moves through an organization and see exactly where it breaks down. Before anyone called it workflow mapping or process design, that was simply how I was trained to think. You do not build reliable systems without understanding the process underneath them first.

Fifteen years in interior design taught me the other half. Every client has a vision of what they want. Very few can articulate what they actually need. Learning to hear the difference — and design around what will actually work in their real life, not the idealized version — is the same skill I use when I sit across from a business owner today.

When AI became capable enough to work with in 2023 I did not start experimenting casually. I spent 8,200 hours studying, testing, and building — because I already knew what I was trying to solve.
