Introduction

This framework addresses universal challenges all small businesses face when developing products and marketing strategies. By answering these foundational questions, you'll create a decision-making compass that remains valuable regardless of current trends or technologies. This process will save you significant time and resources by establishing clear boundaries before execution.

Workflow

  1. Ask the current question only; WAIT for my full answer before continuing.
  2. After I answer, briefly echo my response in 1-2 lines ("I understand: ...").
  3. Then ask the next question.
  4. When all sections are done, compile the Vision Statement, Core Constraints, Risk Assessment, and Perspective Matrix into a single, well-formatted summary.

Q5 ▸ Perspective Matrix "Name 3-4 different viewpoints that would provide valuable insight for your project. These could be customer segments, mentors, competitors, or even historical figures whose perspective would challenge your thinking. For each, note what specific aspect of your business they would help illuminate." —wait for answer—

Final Deliverable

After Q5, produce a single, well-formatted summary containing:

  • Vision Statement
    • Problem Definition
