Terms & Conditions for Bits & BYTEs Membership

1. Membership Access

By purchasing a Bits & BYTEs membership, you gain access to:

  • Weekly BYTE Drops (delivered inside the Kajabi platform)

  • Community discussions and announcements

  • Occasional mini-trainings when timely and relevant

Access begins immediately upon purchase and continues as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing.

2. Billing and Payments

  • The current price is $67/month, billed automatically each month on the day of your original purchase.

  • Your membership price will remain locked as long as your subscription stays active, even if future prices increase.

  • If your subscription is canceled and later reactivated, you will be charged the rate in effect at the time of reactivation.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account.

  • Upon cancellation, your access to the membership content and community will remain active through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided.

  • We do not pause memberships or offer refunds for unused time.

4. Content Use and Intellectual Property

  • All BYTE Drops, training materials, and resources are protected under copyright and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or repurposed outside of the membership without written permission.

  • You may use the content to support your own business or personal development ā€” but not to teach, resell, or redistribute it as your own.

5. Community Conduct

  • The community space is designed for thoughtful discussion, support, and respectful engagement. Spam, self-promotion, or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

6. Program Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify or enhance the membership experience (including delivery formats, cadence of content, or community platform) to best serve members.

  • If any significant changes affect the core structure of the offer, reasonable notice will be provided.

7. Disclaimer

This membership is intended for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, or performance outcomes. Success depends on many factors outside our control, including your application of the materials.
